Hotel Playa Encantada Playa del Carmen

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a lovely area, just off the beach, restaurant, the shops. The rooms were huge and bright, included a private safe, an air conditioning and a sofa bed. Efficient check-in, just what we needed.

The staff we met were sullen.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun. Got the same double room with ac booked online, loved that. The staff was courteous and amicable, offered incredible services.

Everything was very clean and clean, I liked location and staff.

The staff was accommodating, helped with every request. The breakfast was delicious with lots of food, everybody can choose. The room was beautiful, we would stay here again.

Everything was good, liked our SUCH GREAT stay. The meal was astonishing and microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators were provided. The was willing to help giving us information about places.

top location, savoury breakfast, staff was obliging. generally everything was exceptional, though the bathroom was cramped. there was a renowned restaurant, a market and shops next door. i loved 2 nights in this property.

We enjoyed the extremely comfortable room and helpful staff. There were the shops and supermarkets around the hotel. 4 minutes' drive to the airport. Very clean pool too. It also had free parking...

Staff was informative plus location was amazing! Stayed in nice size junior suite with sofa, microwave plus big bed. The pool was good, good after a tiring day. Supermarket and shops were right next door.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was bad.
